SHIPPING & RETURNS
Gomani ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24* hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
Shipping Charges : A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 50 is applicable on all orders below Rs. 499/- (Excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer) at all locations with an additional charge applicable at certain locations.
For orders equal to or above Rs. 499 (Excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer) free shipping is available at certain locations only. For other locations, additional shipping charges will be applicable. At these locations, in which additional charges are applicable, the Rs. 50 shipping charge will be added to the shipping charges for all orders below Rs. 499 (with exclusions as above).
The shipping charge applicable per quantity of the product can be checked by entering your pin code details on the product pages and the total shipping charge applicable on the order will be the sum of the charges for all chargeable product(s) in your order (+ Rs. 50 for orders below Rs. 499). The order level charge will be visible to you in the cart as well as when you enter the shipping address while you are checking out with your order.
These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.
For Large Item: - The actual shipping charges are different from what shows on check out page. Those are the concession charges for customer who places the order for large product. We pay heavy shipping charges to logistic company for large shipment.
*In case of non genuine reason for return/cancellation both side logistic charges would be applicable on buyer and these logistic charges are non refundable. (Charges applicable Rs.32 per kg Dead/Dry weight or volumetric weight whichever is higher will be taken while calculating the freight rates.) Exceeding 10 to 999 Gram count as 1 kg charges.

• Volumetric weight is calculated LxBxH/5000 for all courier companies except for Fedex Surface, Aramex, Fedex Surface Light and Gati Surface. In case of Fedex surface, volumetric weight is calculated as LxBxH/4500, for Aramex, it is LxBxH/6000, for Fedex Surface Light, it is LxBxH/4500 and for Gati Surface, it is LxBxH/4500 (length, breadth, height has to be taken in Centimeters and divided by denominator, this will give the value in Kilograms)
The shipping charges can be modified by Gomani at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow
Every once in a while, Gomani brings out various offers in an attempt to satisfy customers. Various offers could be introduced for a limited span of time that enable free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions attached to the offer.
Estimated Delivery Time: For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach. For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.
The delivery date displayed while placing the order i.e. on the Product Details, Cart, Checkout and Order Confirmation page and in the order confirmation email are tentative. It may change once the order is shipped. Post shipment of the order, an Estimated Delivery Date will be displayed in the 'Order Details' under 'My Account ' section which will help you to keep a track of the shipment status of your order.
Gomani ensures to provide a delightful customer experience by delivering the products as per the Estimated Delivery Date communicated as above, however, at times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Gomani is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Gomani continuously tries to nought such instances. Also, Gomani reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) in your Gomani wallet/Original source of Payment.
Address Change: You can change the delivery address of your order only if the order is in Confirmed or Pending status and none of the item(s) purchased in the order are shipped. However, if there are any variations in the charges/taxes (if any) applied for the original delivery address used while placing the order v/s the delivery address to be updated, the request for updating the delivery address might not be accepted.
Address can be edited within 24 hours after placing the order.
Hidden Charges (Sales tax, Octroi etc): You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.
International Locations: Currently we are not delivering world wide.
Tracking Packages: We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address and if possible provide additional contact number as well because it will help in making a faster delivery.
* Valid only for owned stock. Shipping time may increase for third party shipments.

Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies with your original receipt for a refund. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it.
Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, Gomani shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.
If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.
How does Returns work?
Login into your Goamni My Account which used for purchasing the stuffs you want to return. Go to Order page and click on the order number for which you want to raise a return request.
Click on the Return link next to the product you would like to return.
Follow the screens, fill in the required details and submit the request.
Our team will contact you and resolve your issue further collect the Goods from your doorstep.
You can check the status of your return request under My Account. Once the product is received at our facility; we will conduct a quality check. If it is approved by our quality staff we will initiate the Refund process.
How Quality Check Works?
Once the customer return product received at our warehouse our team do Quality check of the product, If we found product is used /missing components and accessories / damage of any part and quality check goes failed than the loses of the product will be recover from the amount your paid and partial refund would be initiated. If the return product goes pass into quality check full amount would be initiated instead of shipping charges.

How does Self Return work?
For few select Pin codes, where we are unable to pick up the product, you can follow below steps to send the product to us:
1. Go to Order Detail page under Order and click on the Return link next to the product you would like to return.
2. Follow the steps, fill in the required details and submit the request.
3. Send the packet through a local courier to our warehouse.
4. Email us (Return@ebabykart.com) the AWB number, Shipping company name and scanned receipt.
5. If we require any other details our team will contact you.

Please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery (DOD) to complete the return process. Return request will be automatically closed after 7 days from the DOD.
Once the AWB number and shipping company details have been verified by our team and return received at our warehouse, We perform QA check and will initiate the refund amount accordingly. Please refer our Refunds Policy / Quality check for more details.
The refund process will be initiated only once we have received the product back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks and verifications at our end. The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order.
1. The entire amount paid by you for the product through any of the payment modes except for loyalty cash will be first credited to your original payment method. *Please note that the shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
2. Once we raised refund process it may take 3 to 4 business day.

4. If the payment mode was Cash on Delivery, we will refund the amount to the bank account of your choice. Bank details will be taken during refund process. Please ensure that the details that you enter is correct. Gomani will not validate a Bank Account number and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.
5. Loyalty Cash used during payment will be credited back to your loyalty cash account.
6. Loyalty cash amount earned on the product will be deducted from your loyalty cash account.
7. Shipping charges and COD charges will not be refunded back if the pick-up has been arranged by us. In case of self return, we will reimburse the return shipping charges upto 10% of the product price or Rs.100, whichever is lower. For doing so, please upload the scanned copy of the receipt on Manage Returns section.
8. If the payment was done using Guaranteed Savings Offer or Gift Certificate then the amount will be refunded to the Gomani Cash Refund Account. If you need it to be credited back to your bank account then please follow the steps mentioned above in point(3).
9. If an order has been purchased using EMI then we will refund back the amount to the bank account of your choice. Bank details will be taken during refund process. . For any queries regarding foreclosure/ pre-closure of your EMI transaction or on amounts charged on your credit card, please contact your bank.
10. In cases where the pick up is refused or product is not returned and the money has been refunded to you already, Ebabykart holds the right to deduct the concerned amount from Gomani Cash Refund and loyalty cash account depending on the mode of the payment of the product. 11. For payments made through any of the wallet gateways like Paytm, MobiKwik etc., the amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
